Retouch is only offered on braid styles small/medium-small or tribal braids(front) •Braid services last 4-8 weeks depending on individual style, clients lifestyle and proper care. Appointments must be booked with first available time shown or last appointment available. I do not accept appointments that cut into my overall availability. Ex: Availability 10am-8pm, Style 4 hours! You must book 10am or 4pm. HUMAN HAIR: can replace crochet hair on any braid or loc style. Human hair looks & stay softer longer with proper care. 100 % Human Hair Textures available: deep wave, loose wave, deep curly, wet & wavy 1 bundle $85 soft curly/wave look. 2 bundles $170 full curly/wave look Client is required to request this substitution at the time of booking, human hair must be paid for in full at the time of booking via Apple Pay or Zelle (937)397-1217 reference name & appt date when payment sent. •Hair color needed must be sent at the time of booking to (937)397-1217 along with your name & appointment date/time. If shampoo not added/included hair needs to be clean, no dirt, no oils, & blown out. Please arrive with hair out and ready to service. You may use a leave in conditioner to blow dry. ABSOLUTELY NO OILS! •Any changes/variations to the base style that will extend the original appointment time must be added at the time of booking NO EXCEPTIONS! For privacy & safety reasons please don’t not come into salon any earlier than 5 minutes before appointment time. I like to respect all my clients privacy, I try to keep the workspace down to 1 client at a time. Ride share clients please let me know when you are arriving. •No children or additional guest, only the person being serviced allowed in salon unless a parent is sitting with child. *After Hour (5:30p) or Squeeze in Upon availability +$75 Day Off Appointments +$100 Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable unless reschedule is within 2 weeks of original appointment date. Balance can be paid by Zelle, Apple Pay, cash. Late Fee $15 up to 15 minutes pass the appointment time. Cancellation Policy
All deposit are non refundable!
Cancellation within 48hours of appointment time forfeit deposit and 25% of total cost of service. Cancellation 24 hours within appointment time is 50% of total cost of service. Same day cancellation/No call no show is 100% total amount due.
